I'm sick and tired of this wind, all I want to do is sit in and eat biscuits. My favourite way is, and always will be tea biscuits (McVities) dunked in black tea.

There is a surfeit of biscuits in this house.
My favourite way to eat them is quietly, behind a closed pantry door.

Must have tea with my biscuit/s or vice versa, can't have tea without a biscuit!!!

We're also on our last tin of Christmas sweets ( had about four to get through!!)

Gone with the idea that the quicker they're eaten, the quicker I can start trying to get rid of the spare bit poking over the top of my jeans!!!)

Why be scared????

I tried dunking a croissant in coffee the other day........it was suitably vile.
Digestive in tea on the otherhand

. There is an optimum dunking time however, and for digestives the window of opportunity is narrow indeed.......

Nothing worse than half a digestive at the bottom of your mug
...........exept for the other half when you try to retrieve the first half with it.

Shortbread was a favourite of mine until I bid successfully for a ears supply of Walkers Shortbread - not thinking I would win. The first month was great, the second good and by the third month we were sickened by it. 12 months and one stone later, I had learned my lesson.

I'm not surprised if you were sticking them in your ear

I have nothing to say and I'm going to say it.

To refer to the first item on this thread - I had no idea eating biscuits was a cure for wind!!! I will remember this information the morning after a night on the guinness. Thanks Scoop. I prefer cheese to biscuits and I like dunking a nice piece of mature cheddar in my beer.
Prom cycling for all.

Kitcheners have Adamson's Pittenweem oatcakes (YUM!) hand made chunky and messy.
not particularly good for dunking except in broth perhaps (good weather for broth)
I'm confused and intrigued.
