Yeah, whatever happened to Scarlet Sadie and the Kings Road crowd? I think what we need is some live radio transmission from whichever bar the local krakatoke kings and queens are currently frequenting, with Portobelly Telly highlights to follow.

Meanwhile, we have one or two definite contenders:

PoP andI have also visited the home of Scottish Karaoke, The Horseshoe Bar in Glasgow on several occassions. If you haven't been you will be overwhelmed by the talent on stage.

I know we have at least some Karaoke lurkers here; Mr Lizzie does a truly awesome "That's Life" and Mrs Pal of Porty's Pal's Pal has an array of brilliant songs I think "Rose Garden" is her favourite.

"The Place" are having an open mike night on Saturday..........

Hold that. I just spoke to the new manager. Open mic night is going to be held on a Thursday night but they are stressing that this is not the same as karaoke. There is free Fringe entertainment this Saturday - details to follow.
