TITP 2006

Post by wangi » 07 Jul 2006, 21:28

Sitting listening to (the radio at home) Beat106^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^HXFM at the T in the Park campsite...

... Been two years since I was last there (solid for the 5 or 6 years before that).

If they sold tickets for the campsite i'd go just for that!

Here we, here we fffffff go!

Porty, you missed the first sentence... I'm listening to it on the radio. If I was there I'd be pished and dancin like a (insert word that doesn't disgust you, but does really).

Wish I was right enough.

!
Right. Now I'm being dadaist.

Could I or could I not, based on the consecutive sentences quoted above, have reasonably assumed that you are attending TITP but it was in fact the first time you had done so for 2 years?

Have to confess - that's how I read it. He was at the concert while listening to the radio.

Fairdo, I can read it like that too...

... But i'm sure that there's not many that either:

Would take a laptop to titp

Would be sober enough to operate it

Wouldnae get it stolen before they post

Wouldnae droul beer all over it

But anyway, I wish I was as you thought i was!

I think the youth refer to it as a festival, or sometimes a "gig" or so I'm led to believe.

I think that would be sheer hell - especially if you can't find your tent.

queuing for the toilets would be hell tooo - It was bad enough a few weeks ago with only 8,000 women
