The role of the Moderators is to promote healthy and lively discussion and debate, while enforcing the Posting Guidelines. If you find any post offensive you are actively encouraged to make use of the complaints procedure.
To deal with an obvious point, the Mods and the Admin groups are currently comprised of the same individuals and you may question the value of Step 3 of the process in such circumstances. It is not anticipated that this will always be the case.
