Rising energy prices have had extensive coverage in the news recently. So what can you do? As heating and hot water cost make up over 50% of our energy bills, knowing how to control effectively the heating in our home can make a big difference to how much energy used.

If you or one of your clients is struggling with using their heating system effectively and with managing their fuel costs, help is at hand. The Warmburgh Advice Team gives free, independent energy efficiency advice to people living in Edinburgh. The advice is tailored to the needs of the individual household. The team is part of Changeworks and is funded by the City of Edinburgh Council.

I would agree that after the scorcher of a weekend we have just had there probably aren't too many people worrying about their heating bills. Let's just say they are planning ahead.
