Might be worth claiming on your contents insurance if you have accidental damage and depending on your excess? I hid in the wardrobe once in similar circumstances.

Mr E hid in the cupboard once when he kicked over a tin of gloss paint right down my stair carpet. It came off with liberal doses of turps but the smell lingered for quite some considerable time
Try Ace Bleach on the covers and spray some more juice over the walls so nobody notices.
Enough of your nonsense - get back to the Play Pen!

If there is any pomegranate juice left, just mix it with champagne and lots and lots of ice. Very refreshing and after a few you will not worry too much about the mess.

Thanks for all the advice folks...............well, apart from the "blame the dog" one,how could you ?
Good news is, the stains on the wallpaper have faded and are not too obvious, the chairs have been cleaned with vanish and look like they won't be any worse than they were before(don't ever get cream fabric on kitchen chairs) and the floor has just been washed again so here's hoping that will be the last time tonight.
Unfortunately I don't have any champagne in the house but I still have lots of pomegranate juice..........................it's supposed to be very healthy, huh

Well, after all that scrubbing and cleaning I'm sure you'll be a lot fitter

Glad to hear all's well with the pomegranate stains - put me in mind of an old joke...
Posh lady at posh dinner, having just dropped some of her pudding on her dress..
' Oh dear ! Do plum stains come out? '
Wee couthy man opposite..
' Ah hope so, hen, ah've jist swallied 3..!'
