There's a notice on the window of the shop indicating grant aid under the Portobello Town Scheme with an arrow pointing towards this space. Any ideas anybody?

I imagine Peter is probably re-instating the railings. At the time of the original clean-up I advised him that he could probably get a grant to help pay for this.
