This thread is dedicated to Porty's favourite knocking sh.....sorry, massage parlour.
I've never seen anyone come out, and have only ever seen one person go in. And that's from about 5 years of peering from the window of the 26.
Let's pool our knowledge - I hope this thread has a happy finish.
EDIT: to fix the image - wangi.

Where is this place and why can't I see it?

Well, can't say I've ever noticed it before. Is it next to the pub? Maybe there's a way in from there?
Or perhaps the back-door is a favoured option.

I'm not sure if they allow that as an option.

Is that the place with the really friendly staff?

Justice delayed is justice denied.

Yes, they will bend over backwards for their customers!

What does it say about them in the business directory? Are there pics?
Maybe Marya can enlighten us. She surely would have called in an official capacity when touting her wares, so to speak.

They aren't listed in the directory. Perhaps one of you chaps should go discuss an entry?
or something.

I seem to recall some interesting discussion earlier in the year about the ethics of including them in the online directory.
While we are on the subject, did anyone catch the radio show with prostitutes champion Margo McDonald some while back? It was when the Council was scouring the city for a 'tolerance zone' (inc Baileyfield) and discovering, not suprisingly, that although many people thought this was a good idea, no-one wanted it in their backyard.
Someone suggested that the ideal location would be the edge of town 'Park and Ride' facilities. Ample parking, lighting, CCTV coverage and, best of all, you wouldn't have to change the name.

I take it they weren't approached in the end then?

I remember a rugby friend telling me once that his pal had come over from Canada and to introduce him to Portobello/Scotland they did the following on one night:
- took him to the Forresters to get drunk
- popped into the chippy for a deep fried Mars Bar
- took him along to the Atlantis for a "visit"
True story.
