Does anyone charge for estimates?
Seems like the world could save a whole lot of ink now that almost everyone does free estimates - or "no obligation quotes".
Shouldn't you have to state if you charge for an estimate, with the assumption being that the estimate is free?
It would be different if some charged and some didn't - that way, putting "Free Estimates" on your ad would mean something.
