Definitely Mum. At least there is dig money on offer in your house, something I have doubts of ever seeing, despite the youngest member of the TG family starting a job today and Mr Spoon is going to be the eternal student I think.

Thank you ladies

By some kind of strange male thought process Mr E seems to think he is entitled to at least some, if not all, of it

He doesn't seem to appreciate the fact that the only thing that's changed is that Epykitten the Horrible has more money in HIS bank account

They really are on another planet...........

Do you charge a flat rate or a percentage of income? Should this be declared for taxation purposes? I see a whole minefield ahead here. Your duties as a landlord/lady, your tenant's rights, health and safety issues etc. It's a whole can of worms and other wriggly things with a variety of number of legs.

a) He has no rights - he's a teenage boy
b) His health is of the utmost importance to me - I tell him to clean his
teeth every morning and night.
c) The only safety issues are of his own making - if he catches salmonella
from the dishes in his room it's his own fault.
