Good show, the road tolls were a terrible and ill though out idea.

If there were to be tolls a much improved public transport system had to be in place already. This is perticuarly important for those travelling from mid, east, and west lothian and the Borders. Further more the tolled area would have to be reduced to the very centre of the city and the outer cordon idea scraped altogether.

Mr. Burns managed to hold on to his position, prefer him to Mr. Davis.
