Temperature's plummeting, can see your breath. Yep! Must be time for a leak in the central heating system

Have had to turn it off since there appears to be water dripping onto my downstairs neighbour so I'm sitting here almost on top of my wee heater (warmer in here than the living room) looking not unlike Rudolph
