Nice photos - strange route?

I knew the delays at the bridge were gruesome at the weekends but I didnt imagine they were that bad!

Congratulations - did you do it for charity or were you just a bit bored one day?

walk to Dunfie

Lovely pics. What way did you go? I cycled to Fife a few years ago and I went out to Davidsons Mains, past the castle there and out to Cramond. Then I went along the water at Cramond and then alongside the dual carrigeway for a bit up to Dalmeny, through Dalmeny House grounds that come out at South Queensferry then over the bridge etc.

I can't believe you did it in only 8 hours. Well done. :D

I'm not sure what I'm more flabbergasted by - walking to Dunfermline, or doing it in 8 hours! Both feats are amazing! There WAS a time when I might have made it as far as the bridges - maybe even staggered across to North Queensferry - but not right to Dunfermline! Very well done.

And beautiful photos.

Yes. Don't you know you're supposed to be out there smashing bus shelters, throwing fireworks and generally causing mayhem?

Sorry - I just thought your mum would be disappointed if nobody said it!
