Just picked up on thie thread ............. wow what a great asset for the local area ................ a great place for youngsters to learn a new sport, and somewhere for watersport enthusiast's to get together This is also a good opportunity, to incorporate the local Personal watercraft community....

New machines sold over the last 3 years need to meet strict emission and noise ratings............. they are stricter than that for cars .......... for instance, a new Yamaha FX160 3 seater, cannot be heard at twenty paces........ not at all !!! ............. You will find the biose situation improv...

I hope not............. but a 8 knot limit, for a hundred metres from shore....would go a long way to making everyone happy ............ It's commom place elswhere........
