Can anyone recommend a good builder?

There's been some damage to my bedroom ceiling due to work being done in the flat above but the insurance company won't send anyone out - they want me to send them builders report before they get involved.

From what I heard it's mid to late October. There's supposed to be info going out to locals - I wasn't sure if I'd some how missed it.

LRT, the police, the contractors and I presume the council discussed it.

Anybody with council involvement know anything?

'Mr India' is by far the best place for Indian food... not just Porty but the best I've ever eaten. The downside is it takes a while for them to deliver.

I might be swimming against the tide here but I'd be delighted if the fun park was demolished. And the arcades. The seaside doesn't have to be tacky.
