.....the jetskiers aren't giving much thought to the residents. Maybe Lawrence could incorporate a watersports club into the new community centre he's hoping to build where members and other water users would be encouraged to follow safety guidelines. A beach safety team could ensure that watersport...

Provided that you don't want to attach the boxes to the outside walls the council doesn't have any regulations with regard to window boxes and upper floors!

The link below will take you to the house price search part of the land registry of scotland site. If you add the first part of your postcode ie EH15 1 - this will display all the properties in the area (using your whole postcode limits you to your street). Service costs £4.70 payable online with...

A friend of mine was told the same thing when he applied but was allocated one within the year. Your challenge might come sooner than you think :)

In defence of Private landlords......

When I moved into my building all the flats were owned by private landlords. The stair was kept clean, free of rubbish, noise levels were low, the entry system worked. Since the flats have been sold off and are now owner/occupier the stair is dirty and smells of urine, rubbish bags are left on the l...

I can verify that the incidents printed in the papers are true! Trust me when I say you do not want this m...

I agree with Susan.

The prom would benefit from investment but not by knocking down the funpark/amusements and building flats.

To attract visitors it would need more than seats and flower beds - I didn't know Musselburgh had a prom.

Neighbourhood Watch

Hi Nicky

I live in Ramsay Place and am also tired of calling the police re under age drinking, vandalism etc. I would be interested in a Neighbourhood watch scheme.

My email is kirstielove@excite.com
