A quick check of their website shows that the Portobello Earthy "is now closed for a winter break. We plan to re-open the store in late Spring 2013 refreshed and rejuvenated".

It also seems to me, although legal matters aren't something I know much about, that any legal case would probably have to go to the Inner House of the Court of Session; a much more protected and costly process than going to the Sherrif Court. £80,000 seems on the optimistic side. I wonder if this ...

Portobello Park is one of the most used in Edinburgh. I often cross the football bit on a Saturday afternoon and am frequently only one of a couple of people there and sometimes the only person in sight - and that's on nice warm sunny days.
