I think the image is great however when I saw it I wondered if it was a comment on the state of the Prom, a reminder to irresponsible dog-owners (!) or a plea not to allow dog-fouling. Think there needs to be a big red cross put through the steaming pile - just to make things clear.......

The conclusions drawn by the report were not backed up statistically. As Sheila Gilmore herself wrote "[The Report] offers a quantitative outcome from what was intended to be, and indeed was a qualitative process.
